Here is a detailed guide on the three classifications we offer: 

Like New 

Our Like New electric scooters look brand new and show no signs of use on the chassis. The only signs of use a vehicle in Like New condition may have is on the wheels. These signs of use are only apparent at the closest inspection - you will not notice these at a first glance.

Very Good 

Our Very Good quality electric scooters are also refurbished to a very high degree and may show mild signs of use on the chassis. However, the y are just as reliable as Like New scooters. A “Very Good” scooter may have some of the following signs of use, although never more than 3 of such signs per product: 

• Battery: New or like new. 

Motor: New or like new. 

Chassis: Light scratches not exceeding 25mm in length, no deep scratches. A deep scratch is an imperfection that can be seen from 50cm away. No more than 2 light scratches of accepted dimensions per metal element. No dents exceeding 5mm in depth and/or 10mm in length. 

Plastic components: Light scratches not exceeding 15mm in length. No cracked elements. 

Wheels: Light scratches not exceed 25mm in length and no more than 2 visible per wheel. No stripped paint. 

Brake components: Brake cables must be free of defects entirely. Light scratches on brake components may be seen up to 25mm in length, no more than two per component. 

Handles: No signs of use visible from +50cm away. 

Board: May demonstrate light discoloration. The grip tape is either re-fixed, or entirely replaced. Lights: Function perfectly. Light scratches not exceeding 10mm can be accepted.

Good 

Our Good quality electric scooters are the most affordable option but still as reliable as Like New and Very Good. The difference between Very Good and Like New scooters is that they demonstrate more superficial signs of use. Here’s what you might find: 

Battery: New or like new. 

Motor: New or like new. 

Chassis: Light scratches not exceeding 25mm in length, no deep scratches. No more than 2 light scratches of accepted dimensions per metal element. May show discoloration or denting. 

Plastic components: Light scratches not exceeding 25mm in length. No cracked elements. 

Wheels: Signs of use but no more than 2 visible per wheel. Deep scratches may be painted over. 

Brake components: Brake cables can display light scratches or imperfections not visible from 1m. Light scratches on brake components accepted, no more than two per component. 

Handles: Minimal fading may be seen, nothing visible from 1m away. 

Board: May demonstrate signs of use including scratches and discoloration. 

Lights: Function perfectly. Light scratches not exceeding 30mm may be seen.
