Refurbished scooters are not the same as second hand ones. Buying 2nd hand means you cannot verify the state of the battery, motor, and other electrical components. With Rhyde, you can rest assured that the scooter is functionally like new.

Additionally, second hand scooters will show significant signs of use. Scooters refurbished by Rhyde have been aesthetically vitalized to look and feel as close to new as possible.

DO YOUR SCOOTERS COME WITH A WARRANTY?

Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on all our vehicles.
If your scooter stops working like it should, all you have to do is contact us via email to info@rhyde.co
We will repair or replace your vehicle within 3 business days after receiving your warranty claim.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE IF I AM NOT SATISFIED?

Absolutely. We know buying a refurbished prodocut, especiallly for the first time, can make you doubt the quality of the product you will receive. That's why we offer a 14-day, no questions asked satisfaction guarantee.
This means that you can use your scooter for 14 days after delivery, and if you are not happy with it for any reason, you can return it for a 100% refund with free shipping.

No, the design and look of the scooter is fully maintained. We may use high-quality replacement parts from other manufactures for scooters in "very good" and "good" conditions.
