Its electric drivetrain features a rear motor delivering up to 500 W peak power (around 300 W nominal), providing steady acceleration and handling light urban slopes while maintaining the European 25 km/h speed limit. The scooter is powered by a 36 V lithium battery (~184 Wh depending on version), offering up to 20 km of range in real-world conditions depending on speed, terrain, and rider weight.
For ride comfort, the E2 Plus uses 8.1″ maintenance-free hollow tires, which are puncture-proof and help absorb small road vibrations. While it does not include traditional suspension, its low center of gravity and tire design ensure a stable and predictable ride on smooth city roads.
Safety is ensured with a dual braking system, combining a front electronic brake and a rear drum brake for controlled and reliable stopping power. A bright 2.8″ LED dashboard displays speed, battery level, and riding mode clearly at a glance, while integrated front and rear lighting improves visibility in low-light conditions.
Built for daily practicality, the Ninebot E2 Plus features an IPX4 water-resistance rating, supports riders up to 90–100 kg, and weighs approximately 14–15 kg, making it easy to carry, fold, and store in small spaces.
